Meet Eden Keller

Eden Keller
Eden Keller earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Buena Vista University and went on to complete a dual Master’s program at the University of Nebraska Omaha, receiving degrees in both Social Work and Criminology.
Since 2018, Eden has worked with juveniles in residential treatment, specializing in supporting young men with diverse behavioral challenges and problematic sexual behaviors. She continues to partner with Midwest Christian Services, where she provides therapy for youth alongside Matthew, while also working with a broad and diverse population within the community.
Eden is especially passionate about working with teens and youth, while also supporting adults and family systems. Her clinical experience includes working with children through play therapy, incorporating synergetic play techniques, and utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
Eden approaches therapy through a holistic, systems-oriented lens, recognizing the importance of each individual’s broader life context. She strives to create an accepting, encouraging, and humanistic environment where clients feel supported and understood. Viewing therapy as a collaborative partnership, Eden is committed to walking alongside clients as they move toward growth and healing. Guided by the belief that “we all do better when we all do better,” she is dedicated to fostering connection, resilience, and meaningful change.
